The Hamilton Review

Feb 18, 2021

In this episode, Dr. Bob welcomes legal expert, Amy E. Feldman back to the show for part two of their conversation. How young is too young for children to be left alone at home? They explore this important issue from a legal perspective and other critical child issues that every parent should know. A must listen episode!

Amy E. Feldman is a nationally-syndicated legal correspondent and the General Counsel of the Judge Group, Inc., a $500 million international placement firm. Amy specializes in employment and consumer-related issues. She has a simple take on the law: what you don’t know could get you sued.

Amy has extensive media experience as a legal explainer on television and radio. Her radio segments are broadcast daily in thirty-four markets in eighteen states, including on KYW 1060 in the Philadelphia area. In addition to her appearances on Fox Sports, CNN, The Today Show Weekend, and has been a regular contributor to WTXF Fox Philadelphia’s news programming. Along with her sister, Robin Epstein, Amy is the co-author of So Sue Me, Jackass: Avoiding Legal Pitfalls That Can Come Back To Bite You At Work, At Home, And At Play, published by Plume, a division of Penguin Press. Her most challenging job is being the mother to three teenage children.

With both a law degree and a Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, Feldman’s strength lies in her ability to explain complex legal issues in a way people can understand. Rather than focusing on high-profile trials or Supreme Court decisions like every other TV lawyer, she explains what you need to know about the law on the topics that truly matter in your life.
