Rabbi Michael Gotlieb Bio:
I graduated rabbinical school in 1990; The Jewish Theological Seminary in New York; along the way I also studied in Los Angeles (UCLA); Jerusalem (Hebrew University) and Columbia University; I enjoy writing op-ed pieces and have a had a number of them appear in the Jewish Journal; Los Angeles Times and the Wall St. Journal. I'm married for 38 years and we have five children--three of our own, plus our son and daughter-in-law whom consider our children, and two grandchildren. I have served my congregation, Kehillat Ma'arav since arriving back in Santa Monica in 1995.
