We are delighted to welcome back Dr. Katie Marks – Cogan for part two of our discussion about pediatric allergies. In this episode, Dr. Marks – Cogan talks about the eight foods that the FDA classifies as the major allergens in the US. We also dive into a deep discussion about the company, Ready, Set Food, which creates an infant dietary supplement that can help prevent food allergies in young children.
This episode is packed with great information and we are grateful to have Dr. Marks – Cogan on the show to share her expertise.
